I am a Twin Cities-based counselor, therapist, coach, and organization consultant writing about things that spark reflection and growth for me and, hopefully, for you. I have worked as a clinical social worker, a non-profit executive and a human resources leader in the technology industry. I hope to bring all of these experiences together to create an interesting and thought-provoking experience for you at Project You.
I grew up in Petoskey, Michigan, a beautiful little town on the northwest coast of the lower peninsula. Before relocating the Twin Cities in 2003, I lived in San Francisco for a dozen years. Since my arrival in Minnesota, I’ve learned to appreciate having four dramatically different seasons and all of the great natural and cultural resources the state and metro area have to offer.
More information about my work and how to contact me is available at my practice website.
I like the basis for your blog. Life really is about a self-unfolding, a greater and greater expression of the inner potentials inside of us. A fully activated life is the one to aim for.

Thanks for the thumbs up. I appreciate it!
Love where you’re going with this, Christopher…even if the world doesn’t need another personal growth blog, it does need your take on things!
